The tallow used in other balms is only filtered through wet rendering.

Unlike everyone else, our beef tallow is ultra refined with an advanced process that isolates the fatty acids that provide the powerful skin nourishing nutrients.  The result is our proprietary Efoplex® refined tallow blend that contains concentrated skin-supporting and hydrating nutrients, free from unwanted impurities.

 

Many insist (as they should) that balms should use only grass-fed tallow to avoid toxins found in grain-fed tallow. But why settle for regular grass-fed tallow when you can use our ultra refined tallow that is toxin free AND provides a denser concentration of the skin-supporting nutrients?
